Named Funds
The Catholic Legacy Fund was established to raise permanent and perpetual endowment funds for the parishes, ministries and Catholic schools of the Diocese of El Paso. The Catholic Legacy Fund is made up of designated and unrestricted gifts of endowment. Donors contribute gifts and pledges of current assets like cash, appreciated securities, real estate and life insurance policies and deferred gifts such as bequests, annuities and charitable remainder trusts.
Donors may also create Named Funds with a gift or pledge of $10,000 or more over a five-year period. Named Funds benefit the parish, school or ministry of the donor’s choice. Donors establishing a Named Fund in the Foundation are members of the Bishop’s Legacy Circle.
