Guest speaker Colleen Carroll Campbell is an author, print & broadcast journalist, and former presidential speechwriter. The Foundation of Faith Dinner aims to bring the community together to celebrate our Catholic faith, experience the wisdom and grace of renowned national and international speakers, and disseminate the Stewardship message of “Pray. Serve. Give.”
The 12th Annual Foundation of Faith Dinner: Walking with the Saints is set for Thursday, September 20, 2018 at the El Paso Convention Center from 5-9pm, with cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres beginning at 5pm. The evening includes the cocktail reception, a seated dinner with wine, Dei Gratia Award presentation honoring the Daughters of Charity and Sisters of Loretto, live auction, our keynote speaker, Colleen Carroll Campbell, and a book signing following the event. Tickets are $100 per person or $1,000 for a table of 10.
Colleen Carroll Campbell is an author, print & broadcast journalist, and former presidential speechwriter. Her books include her award-winning spiritual memoir, My Sisters the Saints: A Spiritual Memoir and the critically acclaimed journalistic study, The New Faithful. Campbell’s journalism credits include contributions to the New York Times, Washington Post, First Things and America, and appearances on CNN, FOX News, MSNBC, PBS and NPR. A former speechwriter for President George W. Bush and editorial writer and op-ed columnist for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Campbell is the recipient of two honorary doctorates and numerous other awards for her journalism work. Campbell speaks to audiences across the United States and Europe.
